Mahmoud Kaba, a graduate in Diplomacy and International Relations, focuses on the impact of EU outsourcing policies in the Mediterranean region. Since February 2022, he has been the Project Coordinator at EuroMed Rights, an NGO that works to promote and protect human rights and democracy in the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean regions, while influencing the policies of key European actors towards these regions.

In the framework of the project "Mediterranean Cooperation of CSOs on Migration and Missing Migrants", Mahmoud is actively engaged in supporting families, activists and researchers in the search and identification of missing persons in the process of migration. This support is reflected in the mobilization of these different actors for political actions, the highlighting of their voices and the raising of public awareness of the tragedies on the Mediterranean route.
